What we do

We aren't a lender. We work for you, taking your financing to the banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders best suited to it and negotiating the terms on your behalf.

We're former commercial lenders ourselves, so we know which parts of a financing package are negotiable, which lenders suit which deals, and when a rate is competitive. Most clients engage us to lower their borrowing costs, secure additional leverage or gain flexibility.

How we work

Corporate debt advisory

Financing for business owners.

Our combined background in commercial lending, banking, law, M&A and accounting means we've sat on both sides of the negotiating table. We help with:

  • Owner-occupied real estate financing
  • Cash-flow term debt for growth or acquisition
  • Operating lines of credit
  • Corporate credit cards
  • Revolving credit lines for equipment
